Nestled in the heart of Hove, Relaxation Zone Therapies offers a unique blend of traditional Thai massage and modern therapies, thanks to the expertise of its founder, Supa. After honing her skills at the prestigious Wat Pho in Bangkok and gaining international experience, Supa has crafted a sanctuary on Church Road where the ancient art of Thai massage meets contemporary wellness practices.

Supa’s journey from the vibrant streets of Bangkok to the serene shores of Hove is a testament to her dedication and passion for holistic health. Her training at the Steiner Academy in London and her tenure with Princess Cruises have enriched her repertoire, allowing her to offer a diverse range of treatments. At Relaxation Zone Therapies, clients can indulge in everything from deep tissue and hot stone massages to aromatherapy and reflexology, all tailored to individual needs.

What sets traditional Thai massage apart is its unique approach. Unlike oil-based massages, this practice involves acupressure, assisted stretching, and rhythmic pressure, typically performed fully clothed. Supa’s commitment to sharing this cultural heritage with the Sussex community is evident in every session, ensuring clients feel both rejuvenated and cared for.

The spa’s ethos revolves around creating a welcoming environment where clients can escape daily stresses and enjoy personalised care. With three treatment rooms, Relaxation Zone Therapies offers the perfect setting for relaxation, whether you’re seeking to alleviate muscle tension or simply unwind.

Supa’s venture is more than just a business; it’s a celebration of diverse experiences and a commitment to the local community. As you explore the vibrant offerings of Hove, consider visiting Relaxation Zone Therapies for a truly unique wellness experience. And if you’re looking for a new home in this charming area, we at Sawyer & Co are here to help you find the perfect place to call your own.
