Anti-Money Laundering Procedure

We are required by law to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all those selling or buying a property.

Checks will be carried out partly or wholly by a third-party provider. The cost of these checks is £25 plus VAT (£30 incl. VAT) per person, which covers the cost of obtaining the required data, reviewing, organising any additional due diligence, and monitoring.

This fee will need to be paid by you in advance of us marketing your property and is non-refundable. The fee will be split between us and any third-party provider.
