Right To Manage
If you would like the right to manage your own building as per the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act of 2002, our experienced block management team are available to guide and assist you every step of the way making this transition as smooth as possible.
The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act enables leaseholders to require the transfer of the landlord’s management functions to a special RTM Company set up by them. This gives the leaseholder the chance to replace a poor manager. If you are considering transfer to a new efficient management company our block management team would be delighted to assist you. 50% of all flats needed to qualify.
