When we first saw this apartment we could see from the amount of space that it had potential. It was a great find, and for us as first time buyers it was perfect.

We love having a separate kitchen that's big enough to eat in rather than using the living room, and the location is so nice with a good and multicultural choice of shops, pubs and restaurants. Regular buses travelling to Brighton train station and out to the university, along with a nearby taxi rank, made it perfect for getting to work.

Being so near to the beach means that we can come home from work, pick up our towels and flip flops and be there in seconds.

The Square has a lovely neighbourly and friendly vibe, and its Garden Project is fostering a wonderful community spirit and a shared sense of belonging.
