In More Detail

A generously proportioned hallway leads through the easy flowing layout of this Hove home instantly creating a great sense of space and offering a wealth of discreet storage. Tastefully and sympathetically presented throughout, an elegant colour scheme provides a subtle backdrop to each room, while 1930s style door handles remind you of the history and character of the complex.

Beautifully lit by dual aspect windows, a spacious main reception room easily accommodates both seating and dining areas with room to spare, while French doors open onto a private balcony, perfectly extending this sociable and versatile space still further. A classic serving hatch opens onto the separate kitchen where bespoke cabinets with richly toned countertops provide ample storage and workspace.

Continuing the elegant sense of style that flows throughout this home, along the hallway three double bedrooms offer ideal family accommodation. Equally well-presented, each bedroom looks out onto the beautifully tended communal gardens and whilst two benefit from deep recessed wardrobes the third provides ample dual space potential.

Rich denim blue walls lend a sultry splash of colour to the modern family bathroom, while feature penguin patterns add charm to the separate WC.

Accessed from the dual aspect main reception room, the private balcony is perfectly sized to sit and enjoy sunny afternoons or warm summer evenings.

Beautifully tended communal gardens wrap themselves around this 1930s complex offering the residents of Wick Hall plenty of idyllic outdoor space to enjoy. Bike storage is dotted around the complex and its possible to rent additional storage space.

Seller Insight

When we bought this flat seven years ago we fully renovated it in keeping with its original style.

It's lovely and light, and we love being on the third floor with the feeling of being amongst the trees rather than above them.

The location here is so central yet really peaceful and we love the views of St Ann's Well Gardens. The flat itself is a brilliantly liveable space and very low maintenance.

The communal gardens are amazing and perfect to relax in during the summer, St Ann's is great for its tennis courts, and it's easy to commute to London from here.

We'll miss the great lifestyle that the locations gives us and also Jim the caretaker who really cares about the place.
