Sawyer & Co.’s Senior Negotiator, Kerry-Anne Holland, was a finalist for the Best Lettings Agent of the Year at The Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2016 in association with The Sunday Times and The Times and sponsored by ZPG.
Attended by hundreds of the UK’s top lettings agents, an awards ceremony at The Lancaster London Hotel saw the announcement of the winners of the most highly regarded awards in the lettings industry.
Shortlisted from thousands of applicants Kerry-Anne went through a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of 20 industry experts who assessed her initial entry submission before they conducted an extensive review of all the entrants, including over 150 hours of telephone interviews and independent mystery shopping exercises. The judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman Katrine Sporle, and Mark Hayward of the NAEA acted as Arbiter.
Hugely impressed by the achievement Sawyer & Co.’s Director, Chris Sawyer, explained that Kerry-Anne was: “amongst six entrants to be shortlisted for the award of Best Lettings Negotiator in the UK at the recent Lettings Live event, sponsored by the Sunday Times.
Just to have been shortlisted is an amazing achievement. The judges were very impressed by her outstanding results, attitude to work and also the various and many occasions when she has given outstanding customer service by “going the extra mile and above and beyond” for landlords and tenants.
We are so proud to have Kerry-Anne in our team.”
