"I have a tip that will take five strokes off anyone's golf game. It's called an eraser." - Arnold Palmer

Yesterday was the local association annual charity golf day at Singing Hills in Albourne in aid of the Clock Tower Sanctuary and our Director, Chris Sawyer went along to make the presentations.

“Here I am congratulating Phil Graves (Graves Jenkins). He's won this cup rather a lot actually, I think this is the 4th or 5th time. Come on the rest of you BHEAA members, come and get your name on the cup next year! Seriously though, very well done Phil.

Special thanks to Andy Hovey and Graham Rand for their assistance in getting this event on.

clock tower sanc logo.pngWe sent our very own Toby Hill along to play all 27 holes and he picked up a couple of prizes too, including winning nearest the pin. Turns out he's not a bad golfer after all, he doesn’t just talk a good game.

Not bad Toby eh, a nice day off playing golf and winning a couple of cases of beer. All for a good cause of course.”
