Brighton and Hove Estate Agents Association's (BHEAA) Latest Seminar

As part of our ongoing commitment to training in 2016, on Wednesday afternoon the Brighton and Hove Estate Agents Association (BHEAA) held its latest seminar at the Sussex Country Cricket Ground.

Andrew Pridell of Hove based AP Associates was the expert speaker and the subject for this seminar was lease extensions and collective enfranchisement.

Andrew Pridell shot2.jpgThe event was very well attended with various BHEAA member firms in attendance. We were really delighted with the turn out and we had some great feedback from those in attendance after the event too.

The BHEAA are very grateful to Andrew for giving up his time to come along. Extremely well regarded within the industry, we were thrilled to have him as our expert for this seminar. Andrew has now been involved in over 8000 lease extensions, so he truly is an expert in his field.

Not only was it a very informative seminar but Andrew also kept us entertained in his own unique style. I love the way he delivers these presentations, he’s always very informative with a little bit of humour mixed in too which helps to keep everyone’s attention.

These seminars have been a great way to ensure our members continue their professional development and are as informed as they can be when advising clients on specific subjects. So far this year our seminars have covered Building/Construction and Landlord and Tenant law.
