Why we Launched Our Financial Services Department

We are delighted to announce the launch of our Financial Services Department.

There were a number of important reasons why we decided to provide this essential service for buyers to help ease the home-buying journey:

·         Firstly, we try to go the extra mile in all that we do. On that basis, having an in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisor to improve the service offered to buyers was a clear-cut decision. Everything can now be achieved expediently and efficiently under one roof, helping our buyers to be financially prepared. And even if you're not buying through us, our expert financial services team are available to help you choose the best product and guide you through the process from initial offer to completion.

 

·         For first time buyers, the added advantage of being able to discuss financial products with an expert as a tie in with their purchase, is one less hurdle to cross and takes away the headache. By explaining every step of the mortgage market and process it helps the buyer feel in control of what is happening.

 

·         A buyer with a mortgage in place also helps our sellers, as they are more likely to experience a clean, smooth transaction which we can update them on regularly. Thus, we are improving our service to our sellers as well.

 

·         Our Mortgage & Protection Advisor saves you time and disappointment, she knows her lenders exceptionally well, meaning that buyers will not have to trawl the internet, endure endless conversations and form filling or be advised wrongly.
